I’m a bit of a health nut. I try to watch what I eat, and workout every day. I go everyday on my lunch hour to the local gym, I’ve been doing this for years.
The old gym that I went to was kind of primitive. Old weights laying around, treadmills that would go from 0–60 in 2 seconds and throw you across the room, a locker-room that smelled like wet feet, and large guys with so many muscles that they had no neck!
I would always laugh while watching these guys try to move around the gym. There were cords running everywhere on the floor, but they couldn’t look down. At least once a week one of these lunk heads would throw down the weights, grunt really loud then trip over a cord.
They were like turtles, we would have to flip them over!
